I am trying to shrink a map from mapquest to fit in an invitation.....can someone please educate me as to how?

if you have photoshop or some kind of pictures program,you can right click on the map and save as.put it in a folder in my documents such as my pictures then open your photoshop program and resize it

click the picture. Do you see sizing handles on the corners?

Direct the pointer cursor over the corner of the map until you see a diagonal two-headed arrow. Click and drag it inward. Or, right-click on the map and see if you get a submenu where you can "Format Picture." If you get this, you can click the "Size" tab and change dimensions. First click in the box to maintain ratio, then enter a size in either the width or height. Tab to the other. The size will automatically change in proper proportion.

Are you going to make it part of the card? If not then just print it out. Cut the map to fit the card and just enclose it. Or leave it bigger and just fold it and insert it in the card.

u can use photoshop or download irfan view and there are many options in that which reduces the size very easily
