Another file-sharing site is www.limewire.com. Pretty good, although downloads can take a while. The idea is to allow LimeWire to upload any pertinent files it finds on your computer in exchange for any information you find on their site that has already been uploaded from another user, but you don't have to share all files, or even any.

why go to the websites? How about trying some peer-to-peer file sharing programs? (p2p) such as bit torrent, kazaa, ares and such.
