He would probably send you a map so you can go down to Florida and see if you like it. Then if you like Florida you can take it back to Canada until the end of winter. Be sure to return it when your done.

Do you have any oil-rich regions that you could trade Florida for? I'm sure he'd be really interested then. Wait a minute... are you threatening the US with your cold climate? Are you hiding some kind of winter-inducing weapon of mass destruction? Invade Canada!!! :-)
