What are the statue of limitations for warrents that are for failure to appear and pay fines in New Mexico?

there is no statue of limitations on fines, they will collect one way or another.

There are NO statute of limitations on warrants, only on crimes for which there are no suspects (except capital crimes). BIG misconception.
