If you used a regular CD-R and not a CD-RW, you can't. When you burn a CD-R the data is encoded permanently by laser onto a metal disc encased in plastic. Once data (like music) is burned it can never be erased.
CD-RW's are different. If you have a CD-RW drive you can burn regular CD-R's or CD-RW's. The former can be erased and rewritten again and again, but before you do that you must "blank" the CD by using the software that came with the disk drive (use a help file on the toolbar if you need it).
It should say if your driver is a CD-RW under “My Computer”, and if the disk is CD-RW on the top surface of the CD.

There is no way to delete songs from a burned CD. I don't know if it will work but try to burn over the whole CD but I highly doubt that it will.

You cant delete the song from a burnt CD unless you have one of those re-write ones, and then you will need to burn the whole thing over.

You can't undo. It's not like a floppy disk that "burns" each time you add or delete something.
Unless you have a rewritable disk, those songs are on there for good. It's always good to double check what you're burning because you can't undo it.

Unless you burned it to a CD-RW, you cannot erase songs from a burned CD. Throw it out, and do a new one.

if it is a CD-RW then you can erase the disc and re-burn the ones you want.
If its not a CD-R, then those songs are pretty much permenant.

if it is a rewritable CD, you can.
if it is a regular CD, no chance. They're so cheap, though, just toss it out and try again.

Honestly, if you've already burned them, I don't think there's any way to erase them. I may be wrong, but I know of no way.
