Does anyone know how to make shortcuts work that are created by right clicking on a web page and creating a shortcut? A shortcut to a website on your desktop. The ones I have created never open up?

With the web page displayed, right-click on an empty space and see if a submenu comes up. There may be an option to "create shortcut." Cllick that. It should tell you that a shortcut will be placed on your desktop. Click o.k.
