you need a strong grasp on the concept that human beings are made up of many components and each one needs attention and effort to reach its potential. so many of us concentrate on just one or two, maybe three aspects of our humanity that our lives become unbalanced and therefore stressed because only when all the parts work together is there a harmonious union. the physical, spiritual, mental, creative, emotional, sexual parts all need to be expressed. we need to build each of these areas equally, which is hard because most of us are gifted in some areas but not others, making it a challenge to develop them. feed each part what it needs. dont starve one area and overindulge another.

I would like to suggest that you do not 'pursue' synchronicity, but rather, you work to 'recognize' it. It happens to us all day long, but we tend not to pay attention or worse, deny its 'work' by claiming things to merely be 'a coincidence'. There are no accidents in life. Everything has meaning and a purpose. The challenge is to recognize this.
Best wishes.
