You do not need a psychic for this but i will tell you anyway. Man love in a different way to women. I am to assume that the of you are not in a relationship with each other. That is understandable. Men never lie about their feelings for a woman to her face, they will tell another woman.
I can't see anything happening between the two of except of course if you have casual sex. That is the next thing do not think that if you have sex with him then he will automatically change the way that he feels about you. It is easier for men to separate sex and emotions. Be careful.
