the movie does not have to be written purposly to reflect the story
all im asking is if there are any movies that are similar

Maybe this isn't the answer you're looking for, but I did see a film about Jason and the Golden Fleece in my humanities class in grade 8... Of course, that was 11 years ago.
Films that are related, though? I can't think of any, I'm sorry! If I come up with anything, I'll revisit this question and let you know!

If made for TV movies count - yes there was one made specifically for the SciFi channel that came out sometime recently - and it is the Jason and the Argonauts story.

As for one that is conceptually similar, how similar do you want? The basic hero questing for something/someone/someplace? If so there are probably dozens if not hundreds of such movies released globally each year.
