It depends on how long you have had them in...
If you've had them in more than 2 months it doesn't hurt...
If you've had them in less than 2 months it might hurt a little, but no more than it was to actually get them peirced... unless they are infected... :) hope yah like my answer!!!

it depends on how long you have had it done and whether you got it done with a gun or a needle!
if you got it done with a gun i would seriously consider leaving it 8 weeks before you change it (if you have already waited that - that is great)
best advice would be give your earlobe a good squeeze and if it hurts, do not change it yet because it is not ready!
if it is a brand new piercing make sure you are putting high quality jewellery into it - cheap metal studs and plastic ones will only make your ear infected (and i know they look cute - but is it worth it)
but if it is healed and you are putting jewellery or a high quality into it it should not hurt at all
(if it was gun pierced you are probably going to need someones help to get the butterfly out)

are you talkin the ear lobe, or the upper ear where it's all cartilage? the lobe doesn't hurt, but the upper ear can sting a little or just feel really strange.

it depends. if the wound is healed and it is dry and free of bodily fluids then it might not hurt. if its like full of dried soap and puss and its been really tight then yes it will hurt but not unbearably.

If your ears are healed correctly, there is no reason for there to be any pain.
