I am assuming that you mean you broke your wheel's lug nut key. There may be a few things I know of to help you.
First: if you bought the car new then you will have to call a dealer. They will need the VIN, or a key number that will be included with your sales and/or warrantee information. Sometimes when you buy a car they give you a little numbered, key-shaped plastic thing, or card with your original paperwork that has the info they will need.
Second: if you bought it used you may have to "pick" the locking nut. This can be tough and expensive. Popular tool makers such as Snap-On sell kits for the express for this purpose.
Third: if you know a mechanic that has experience with an oxy-acetylene torch, s/he could carefully cut it off. It's a good trick, but I have done it, years ago when I was a mechanic. I've also seen it done with a cold chisel. It's a lot of work and you risk damaging the finish of a nice wheel. You also may end up ruining the stud itself, but once the wheel is off they usually are not that tough to replace.
My girlfriend has a Toyota and a couple of years ago she lost her key. We were able to get a new one that fit her lug nut locks from the local dealer even though she bought the car out of state.
By the way - any good thief knows how to do it, so if you know one....? And get rid of those lockers. They are such a useless pain in the ***.
That the best I can offer. Good luck. K.

Contact the manufacturer and find out what procedure you need to follow to get a new one.
OR
You can try a tire shop and see if they have one that would work. Otherwise, they should be able to remove the lock nuts and replace them with new ones and a new key.
