I would like to see the coming together to help everyone's need rather then distancing ourselves trying to help one's need more so then the other. Everyone's need in this world is just as important as the other need.

The biggest need in the world is to have proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, what happens after death. If we could just find out for sure in such a way that all the reasonable people in the world could see it together, then, I think, most of the bloodshed would stop.
Once we've got that out of the way, we could focus on other problems.

Logically the greatest needs are oxygen, water, and food.
but I would say the greatest social/psychological needs woudl be a sense of accomplishment, ownership, belonging, and recognition.
