My vote goes to Jason Willams when he was still playing for the Sacramento Kings. During his second season, he was a player on the Sophomore team that participated in the Rookie-Sophomore game.
In that game, Williams was challenged to pass off his elbow, which he did during the game when he wrapped the ball behind his back, right elbowed it towards a streaking Raef LaFrentz.
Hope this helps.

White Chocolate (Jason Williams) in the rookie/sophmore all star game a while back when he went brought the ball behind his back, hit it with his right elbow, and got it right in stride to the guy trailing for a dunk. When they replayed it, they showed the rookie to JWills right standing there eyes wide open and jaw drooping from that pass.
