Not the side thats 12" long but the side that looks like an inch long. I made a grid in class with a yardstick and need to know the widths exact mesurment.

i would mesuer it with a ruler, but i have no ruler at home nor yard stick

Trathe it on the paper and then meathure it with the yardthtick.

If you used a 12" yardstick then it is called a ruler. If you used a 36" yardstick, now we're talking. But both of mine are 1-1/8" wide.

1) A yard stick is 36 inches long.
2) it is same length on both sides.

Measure it with another ruler.
