how do you get perfume like this?

like when you walk up to someone but you don't smell their perfume or cologone (spelling), but when you get close to hug them or something you can smell it. how do you do that? where do you put the perfume?

The trick is to apply the lotion then layer with the perfume. Sprtiz some on your hair to get that "just noticed as I walked by" affect. Solid compact perfumes are also perfect for this. I like this brand because a little lasts all day and my clothes smell fresh even at the end of the day.
