Double time is by company policy or union agreement - it's not a law. The law requires time and a half over 40 hours in a workweek.

Double time standards are set by your company. The labor laws say anything over 40 hours is to be paid at time and a half.

dont understand.. but is dere any labour laws in yr location about the maximum hrs a person can work ? mabye u can refer to yr manpower website
