Both are equal, Intel might be a 'bit' better, but that hardly matters. The thing separating them is price. AMD processors are much cheaper than their Intel counterparts.

That's a tough question. Well I guess we start with the Pentium 3. A few years ago it was the greatest chip out there. Intel then decided to stat with a new architechure. AMD Built on the pentium 3 technology as where intel started fresh. I personally perfer intel. The new processors literal multi-taskers. They can literally do 2 things at once. Older processors could only do pieces of programs at a time.

Whats up with AMD runs hot? My Intel's ran hot!!! I bought an AMD I will never go back to Intel. My AMD is the coldest running computer iv ever owned. I wouldn't use and Intel if you paid me to have it. INTEL WOULD STEAL THE PENNY'S OUT OF A DEAD MANS EYES! over priced garbage...This is the first AMD iv owned there is absolutely no way id buy Intel again...INHELL INSIDE...Intel's clock speeds, fsb, cache, IS ALL MARKETING HYPE for the uneducated consumer don't forget this!

i always go with intel.. and as of right now intels new coroe duo core processor is the fastest on the market...

as for difference theres clock speeds, fsb, cache, socket type, and intel and amd i do believe use differnt chipsets on the motherboard

amd's largest cache size as of now is still 1mb but intels cache size is L3 a 2mb

If u dont know much about all the cpu jargan that itll be hard to explain the differnce between the two..

But yes amd tends to be a cheaper processor for its speed but intel chips just rock....

Intel is better. AMD Generates too much of heat there by heating up the processor and Motherboard.
