Hi, how do you write a certain time in a paper?
(ex/ I woke up at 8:00 p.m. OR I woke up at 8:00 PM. OR I woke up at 8:00pm.)
Please help, I don't know which one to use for my paper!!

I believe the most correct form is:
I woke up at 8:00 PM.
Using a space between the numbers and the abbreviation is necessary. Also, because the 'P' and 'M' stand for words, they need to be capitalized.
