I'm usually quiet with a look of madness behind the glazed over look in my eyes and a tight lipped expression that clearly says"DON"T talk to me or come near me!" Yes!!!! IT is very obvious!!!

for me its very obvious. I'm usually loud or laughing but if i stare off into space and don't talk then someone is always like "why are you mad" or "whats wrong?" and i say nothing and look away.

I become totally silent, because I am so angry that it would be a mistake to say anything. One can never take back words said in anger. For me, it is best to say nothing until the storm has passed. ; )
Edit: nearly forgot...I have a birthmark between my eyebrows that shows quite red when I'm angry and my eyes turn very brown. (Normally they are hazel.)

It's very obvious, and loud! I don't hold back and I don't hold it in. I let it out right away so I can get on with my life with that much less baggage. Then I feel better!

I'll be very qiuet (which is unusual) and my eyes will be glowing like I'm either about to cry or go totally mental. Its obvious.

Uh, yeah it is.
I'm either screaming bloody murder at them or I'm treating them like a piece of furniture (i.e., as if they don't even exist). I've never had someone not get the message!

I start talking really, really fast in a sarcastic tone. Sometimes in Spanish.
