we'll see at the end of the season.
If they beat Notre Dame without their Heisman backfield like they had last season, you'd be hard pressed to find a more complete team, besides Ohio State, than USC.
USC would have then beaten 2 top-ten teams...Arkansas and Notre Dame. Not too many teams can claim that.

Yes they are. They already have a loss and beating the Irish won't convince me they are the top of the field either as the Irish have a loss and have had wayyy too many close games. Neither team is a team that is totally dominating other teams consistently. Ohio State is the real deal and whoever plays them won't matter, they'll win the national championship this year hands down.

They wont beat Notre Dame on Saturday. Their loss to an unranked Oregon State team seems to have been forgotten for some reason. Which shouldnt have been forgotten because it exposed USC for what it is an average team that doesnt know how to close out games.

No, and i find it funny that you can be overrated when you beat Arkansas, Nebraska, Cal, and possibly Noter Dame and also beating some pretty good teams like Oregon, wahington St, and Arizona. I dont think anybody in the country can match that schechuled.

I say no. I expect them to beat Notre Dame and UCLA and to take their place in the BCS Championship game opposite Ohio State.

I think they are overrated..Even if they beat Notre Dame only because I think Notre Dame is also Overrated...And so was Cal..

i see why people would argue that they are
but if they win out with the schedule they have
after losing 8 starters this season.. then
they deserve a shot at the BCS title game
even though we all know OSU would kill them

We'll find out saturday. I don't think their as strong as OSU, but what do you want? they've only lost one game, their doing what they need to do to get in the BCS chapionship and if they win out, i can't think of a more deserving team.
