I had a long body pillow between my arms and legs, laid on my right side, and my boyfriend tucked pillows around me so I couldn't move and for the support. I had to have pillows. Or I would take all the pillows to the couch and make a little "nest".

Pillows are a great way to get more comfortable. I only used one because I flipped from one side to side during the latter weeks of my pregnancy; I couldn't deal with having to rearrange more than one pillow every time I flipped. I kept that pillow between my knees, or under one bent knee while the other leg was straightened.

You might also try sleeping in a recliner. Some chairs, if positioned correctly, can ease the pressure on your body's midsection and help you catch a few hours of untroubled sleep.

Not much advice to give on that one, but have you ever tried Tylenol PM? It's safe for you to take and makes you drowsy. Pillows strategically placed can help relieve pressure. That's only so useful though when you have to pee every hour on the hour.

Wow, I wish I did. Would those space foam mattress toppers help at all. Seems like you need something that would support you a bit better, but I don't know. Try Wal-Mart or Target. Wishing you the best.

Try putting a pillow between your knees when you lay on your side. Then have your husband/partner put one in the small of your back.
