Mariah Carey's Emancipation of Mimi was released in April of 2005, so it was last year's best selling album.
Hanna Montana Soundtrack has been out three weeks and hasn't even been certified gold yet by the RCAA.
Justin Timberlake's album FutureSex/LoveSounds has been certified double platinum.
Evanescence's album The Door Open has been certified platinum.

I was watching the AMAs and the class of High School Musical said that they had the best selling album of the year but I don't believe that!

As of right now.....the Hannah Montana cd. My kids friends all bought one and of course my kids wanted to too. And research shows that kids are the most into music
