I went for a phone interview with a company that I thought was a great position to work for great benefits. The employer was please with my experiences, however I told him that I can't work on Sunday. His replied that the full time position includes Sunday. In my mind, I was like "oh man :(". He then mentions that he notices that I check Part Time and Temporary. He went on to say that he going to have a part time position coming next month and told me that that this will not have to includes Sunday. He ask if I can work in Part Time? I said "Yes" and his replied was that "I will keep that in mind." Does that mean that he will think about it? What is the odd that he might forget? Should I call him couple week before the opening for reminder? I am looking for hope and have never been hired into a "good" pay or benefit offered job. Generally, they are paying me $15.50 per hour in call center working as a technical support.

I passed the basic assessment tests that they adminster that includes writing and decision making. For those of you think that my writing is too "poor" for a technical support position.

I work in IT, and we work 7/24 including two weekends a month. They will not hire you if you're unable to work Sundays. If, however, he said that he will "keep you in mind", I would call him again in a couple of weeks, and remind him that you're available other days.

Good Luck!

Send a follow up letter and say thanks. Remind him of the offer and let him know you are still interested. It sounds like you had the job though just not the position so keep "touching" base.
