If it was better overall I would go with Iverson but since its not than I will go with Rafer. Neither of them are true point guards but Rafer is a more point guardish player because he doesn't take 30 shots a game like Allen Iverson

AI is currently a better point guard, however, Rafer Alston is finally getting over his bad habits and getting better every season. For those of you who don't know, Rafer Alston is also, or was also known as "Skip to my Lou", one of the first well known street ballers, a lot of his street ball knowledge is what got him to the NBA, however it is also what has kept him from reaching his full potential and being a really great point guard. He still tends to rely on his street ball techniques and he doesn't possess those important point guard fundamentals, however, he is starting to adapt more to the structured and organized form of basketball.

Rafer is a true point guard. He passes first and takes the open shot.

Iverson on the other hand is a scoring point guard, shot first pass last.

They are booth good, but I'm going with Iverson, he puts up points.

Rafer's becoming more of a point, but AI is definitly a better player, but he is more of a shooting guard than a point.

i think of your precise approximately them wanting his capability off the bench. each team desires a participant which could are available in off the bench with great capability and score factors. Brooks is right for the Rockets doing precisely what he's doing precise now. Rafer Alston is a extra suitable PG precise now so he merits to start.
