Ok so I need to know, what is the difference between a colon detox, and a body detox? Some site suggest that colon detox is like getting a full body detox, so this made me confused! Next, if you know, what are the best products for that please let me know. Also, if you are a distributor selling specific products, please don't try to answer my question to promote the product and get yourself some comission, please answer it if your trying to help me. I would like to suggest a wonderful book with a 'nasty' name by Sherry Rogers, M.D. Dr. Rogers is a leading expert on environmental medicine and the biochemical causes of disease. The book is called: "Detoxify or Die". It covers this issue in detail, yet it is easy to read and is packed with the scientific references that support the information as science and not heresy.
The book is available at Amazon.com or from the publisher (at 1-800-846-6687). I highly recommend this book if you are serious about your health and detoxification issues.

I am not sure what you mean by colon detox and body detox. When you do a colon detox, I guess it affects the well being of your body in general.
I have personally tried one product only and I am happy with that company. I did the colon cleanse few times.
