Best Place to Advetise a Job?

For a Sales Position, is is better to advertise in the local newspaper (including online) or use a national advertiser like Hot Jobs or Monster?

I would use either Monster or Hot Jobs. I know alot of my friends have found their job on Monster. Good luck!
