I share Cable and Internet with other guys who rent rooms in the house. I am in charge with the bill. Now I leave the house for exactly one month. Shall I pay for this month?

Yes you should.
If you share the cable/Internet service with your other roommates, than you are responsible for paying the bill even though you may leave for a month.
You do not want to put yourself at risk to be sued by the other room mates for unpaid bill charges.
