If you look them up on yahoo it shows shrivled up mermaids and their really small,and brown.

I think anything is possible, the pictures I've seen show that it could possibly be real. It's hard to contemplate that it could actually be true, but there are pictures. So in my opinion I believe that mermaids are real. The pictures show that they don't really look like people with fins, but rather some type of creature but I believe it.

Intelligent sea-people appear in several mythologies, usually Pagan. Stories about mermaids REALLY abounded with sailors over the last few hundred years.
The "mermaids" sighted were probably really manatees swimming in the sargasso and kelp fields. You really gotta wonder, just how DRUNK were these guys, anyway?

mermaids do exist!but not the ones we can see with our physical eyes!they are creatures just like we are creatures but of a different dimension.who do you think takes care of nature?we all know it is God but He Has appointed various entities to do that.
the air,waters,the land and fire all have beings that take care of them!they are the elemental beings!they are everywhere!the elves,gnomes,fairies,etc all exist.we just cannot see them with our physical eyes!but we will one day when we become self conscious as the Lord wants us to be.for now,only a few people are able to see them.
even in the Scandinavian region of Europe,people see them.
