If thats the case.....shouldn't have Reagan OR Bush Sr pursued him?....people seem quick to blame Clinton...but really Both Reagan and Bush Sr. dropped the ball...so to speak?

Yes Oliver North bought a $8,000 security system for his home, specifically mentioning Bin Laden. The Reagan admin was not allowed to do anything by that time, because the Dems were already trying to link Oliver North to wrong doings. Remember Ollie was NSA. Who do you think cared about the threat Ollie told us of except for the loyal Republicans? Congress was controlled by the Dems with a much larger margin then they will have in 2007.

I don't believe he did, but Bill Clinton certainly warned George W. about Bin Laden, and encouraged Bush to make him a top priority. Too bad Bush didn't listen.
