My car ignition everything is Ok.
The hand brake is down but it seems that the brake is still holding on.
Need to use engine force to release the jam .
Why?

Sounds to me that you've got a brake cable hanging up or some
shoes hanging up.
Try backing up down the street & stopping periodically.
My thoughts are ,that you've got a frozen ER cable.

I would trust someone that can see it, not come asking here for help. A car has millions of parts, and we can't see any of them over the internet.

e break could be stuck, check to c that it isn't, take apart brakes an examine.

Is it a HONDA with EBS brakes?
If it is you have big problems.

sounds like antilock brakes,not releaseing.not a good thing.need to shop it now.do not drive it tow it.

try to adjust them it's not hard you would have to go under the car to do it.
