An over the counter test is availble on the internet or from boots called fertell, Many doctors recognise this test as been relible. i would ask them for advice first to ensure your GP recognises the test but also to ensure you have a support network you can use incase it gives you results you were not expecting. Hope this helps.

There is no single test that shows infertility. It's just a diagnosis given to couples who fail to conceive after 1 year of regular unprotected intercourse. If you think you may have a problem then see your ob/gyn and tell them you've been trying to get pregnant and it isn't working. If you are under 35 drs suggest waiting a full year before beginning fertility workup but over 35 you should see your dr after only 6 months of ttc. The most basic things to check in a fertility workup is if you are ovulating and if your partner has a good semen analyasis.

There are (unfortunately) HEAPS of different reasons you may not be able to conceive. Go to your doctor and tell them you have been trying and can't - and they will start down the track. You will probably have to get blood tests to check for ovualtion, ultrasound to check your uterus and ovaries etc etc. Your man may need a sperm test too.
I am also seeing a fertility specialist naturopath - and they have had amazing success in helping previously 'infertile' couples.
Good luck and I pray your are not infertile!

There are no over the counter tests that you can buy. Skip going to your ob/gyn and make an appointment with an Reproductive Endocrinologist (fertility doctor). He/she will be able to give you a complete examination to determine if there are problems with ovulation, eggs, sperm, tubal blockage, etc. Most of the tests are completed at different times during your cycle.

There is no over the counter test for infertility. You'd start with your ob/gyn and ruling out minor problems. If you need a fertility specialist, they'll definitely refer you. Good luck to you.
