ok its techno,and a girl sings in it almost the whole song she is siging,la la la la,lalalala, like the whole song,if u know,thats the only info i got ,so please try your best to help thanks.

hey cadegoat and to everybody its not "all around the world",i know the girl is saying la la la la,lalalala and its also techno,but thats not the song so hope that helps.
