Yes it does. Believe it or not long ago some of the dry cleaners used to use gas to remove stains!! Of course they were banned because of fire hazards.

Buy Mechanics hand cleaner, and scrub it in the spot rinse well, you might have to do it a few times. You can also try dawn and salt. Take the salt and place it on the stain, rub it in gently, rinse well and then wash it in dawn.

If the shirt is washable, simply do that. If not washabale, check with your dry cleaner.
