my friend and i were arguing about paralysis. if someone is paralyzed, (from the neck down) would their muscles go limp, b/c the brain just can't send signals to them or, as my friend says, if your paralyzed and someone lifts ur arm and lets go, it would stay there b/c it can't move and they're frozen. i say your muscles go limp, and the other theory makes no sense whatsoever. Thoughts?? I promise im not stupid, i just want to prove my point.

You are correct. The limb in question would fall limp and would not be "frozen." Your friend owes you a coke.
