Get her an urn. Just kidding. I got one for my GM but she has a great sense of humour. GM's like gifts they can look back on. Something that she will be able to keep and look at to remind her of you. A nice letter telling her how much you love her is a good one because she can read it over and over again. Or shell out some cash to get professional photos taken of you and her together. Then she can have something to put on the mantel and show off to others.

If you live near your grandmother-how about a gift of yourself. spend the day with her. Take pictures of your day and create a small album so she can always have memories of her birthday with you!
If you don't live close by-do a video of yourself and all the great things you do. Send her your video, with photographs.
