OK, yeah, Kanagawa is the name of the prefecture, we got that. Let's assume you are coming in from Yokohama. To get to Yokosuka, the best/easiest way is to get on the Yokosuka line at JR Yokohama station and take it all the way down. Straight shot; no transfers (but lots of stops).

Yokosuka is a name of a city, and Yokosuka-city is IN Kanagawaken(there is no place called Kanagwaken). As if asking "how do you get from California, USA, to Los Angeles, USA". You might mean how to get to Yokosuka, Kanagawaken from Tokyo?
