01) Simple diffusion- Small molecules move 4m da highly concentrated side 2 da less con side through da membrane, through small pores & da movement happens effortlessly witout spending any energy bcoz verylarge molecules don't travel across a membrane using simple diffusion.

02) Osmosis- Movement of water molecules 4m a high WATER con 2 a low WATER con of WATER happens by osmosis. Dis doesn't NEED energy. When osmotic pressure s created inside da cell, da cell bcums turgid.
