I have a bachelor's degree and some good work experience. Please advise.

Depends on company policy. Many companies large and small do background checks. Many companies have policies that prefer not to hire people with that on their record. I don't know all the legalities, but from what I understand it is not a "plus" by any means. You may be considered more of a liability. Hopefully your resume and interview will overshadow this.

Depends if you have to drive to Co. Veh.if not I don't see any problem unless there is some kind of security clearance you will need.Stop drinking and driving you can kill someone or yourself or go to prison for a long time.

Not all jobs require police back ground check. You should be fine. I think you don't need to worry about that right now. Focus on staying sober while driving =)

Only if you need to drive for your drive. For example a pizza delivery person would probably not get the job, but a cashier at the pizza place, you would. (You're overqualified for that, I'm just using that as an example.)
