You can have a vaginal birth, I have the same thing. It could possibly be the reason why my tailbone broke during delivery.. however I've had a c-section as well and even at the risk of breaking a tailbone you should DEFINATELY have a vaginal birth.

Uterus Tilted Backward

Only a qualified physician can tell you if you will be able to give birth vaginally or will require a c-section; and probably then, only when you are in the process of delivering. Most doctors prefer a vaginal delivery, and will only call for a c-section if absolutely necessary to the life of the mother and child.

When I was young, my uterus was also tilted backward. I suffered two "spontaneous abortions" before delivering two healthy children vaginally. Women who are pregnant need to consult a physician as soon as possible for an examination. This may sound silly, but I want a physician I feel as comfortable with as I do my hairdresser. If you don't trust one, find one you do.

My uterus too is tilted and I'm 19 weeks pregnant. My doctor said that because of that I didn't show as early and the baby pushes on my bladder more, but other than that, delivery shouldn't be anymore of a problem than a person who doesn't have a tilted uterus. I do have to say that at 19 weeks, I'm going to the bathroom A LOT. I have no clue what I'm going to do when the baby is really big (right now it's 10 inches head to foot)

Usually it doesn't affect having a vaginal birth. By the time the baby is due your uterus has usually corrected itself. This could always still be a problem, but most likely it won't have any affect on the way you have the baby. If there are still concerns talk to your doctor about this. That's what you pay them for. Congrats!

When your uterus is all full pf babies it will be exactly like everyone else's. A tilted uterus just makes early ultrasounds harder.

I have a tipped uterus as well. I had natural childbirth. during pregnancy a tipped uterus actually corrects itselfonce it grows to a certain size.
