You really should see a Dr. because of all of the things it could be. My first guess would be an ulcer. It could also be a vitamin deficiency or an electrolyte imbalance, both chronic. I wouldn't know without knowing more. Is it pain, or just nausea? If there is pain, where is it? What kind of pain? It could be a potentially serious thing like hepatitis or kidney disease or something you need medicine for like Chrohn's Disease . This is why you should see a Dr.

If it's just a bug it should clear up within 24-48 hours. Otherwise see your doctor. As for vitamins I am pretty sure vitamin C boosts your immune system which will cut down on the frequency and severeness of your colds.

You could have IBS. Have you been constipated or had diarrhea lately? Does anyone in your family have IBS? Go to a doctor and he might want to run some tests. You could try a fiber supplement or anti-gas medication. Stress also makes it worse. Hope you feel better soon=)

Please go to a doctor for a checkup. You could have something as minor as acid due to stress to as major as stomach cancer. (my hubby's 1st wife passed away from stomach cancer after ignoring an ache for far too long).
Your name on here makes me think it's stress (wedding can be so much work with all the details) but why worry when you can go to the doctor and make sure?

I had that exact same problem about a year ago...It turned out that i was dehydrated and because of that, the rest of my body was basically shutting down on me. It got so bad for me that i ended up in the hospital. The feeling i had constantly was like i was gonna throw up and kinda like there was a rock in my stomach or like it was tightening up all the time. It was horrible! If it is dehydration, it could mean that your digestive system is going out of whack and your intenstines aren't digesting properly. basically, the food trying to move through your body and out is stuck because of no water! Are your bowel movements regular? This could possibly be the problem...hopefully it helps!

If your stomach was in pain for a couple of months, then you should go straight to the doctor. They will tell you what medicine to take.

Have you also been vomiting? If so I would immediately see a doctor.
Otherwise I would still consider talking to a medical professional as this could be a serious problem such as a developing ulcer, or some such.

My daughter went through something like this earlier this year. It was caused by the stress of working for a cell phone company. When she quit her job it cleared up. Do you have a source of stress? It could be a job, family situation, financial problems, etc., etc., etc. If it persists, please seek professional medical help.
