Sorry sweetie, it's not the baby yet. I'm 19 weeks now and I've just started to feel a flutter. I thought the same thing though, but the baby is too small to really feel anything yet. I've been told to enjoy the quiet times in my belly right now because pretty soon I'll have a little active baby punching my ribs and kicking my bladder :) I can't believe how quickly the time has gone lately. You'll feel the baby before you know it. I can't believe my baby is 10 inches long (head to foot, not head to rump) now.

If you keep on feeling the flutter at different times of the day then I would say yes its your baby. If you only feel it once than probably gas. Not to long now you will feel a foot jabbing you in the side or in a rib and you will know for sure it is your bundle of joy. Enjoy this feeling I found it quite special that I could feel it and nobody else could. It is your baby communicating with you.

I'm sure it's gas. The doctor said I would be able to feel it early because I am like 100 pds and I felt the baby at 15 weeks.

hiya, congrats on being pregnant, im currently 12+6 with my second baby, for the past 2/3 weeks ive been feeling fluttering movements that have gradually got stronger, now its a deffinate movement, (it could be wind you are feeling at the moment as it does seem abit early but im not a doctor) someone told me if you can hear the babys heartbeat you can feel it move but i dont no how true that is, untill you have a scan you cant be 100% sure how far along you are, that could be why you are feeling movements, good luck with the rest of your pregnancy xxx

Its hard to say. 9 weeks is pretty early to be feeling baby movements, but some women feel them earlier. I started feeling flutters at 12 weeks.

I'm 10 weeks and i can feel my baby move but this is my 4th pregnancy but i only have 1 living child and the one im pregnant with so maybe it depends on how your body is stretched. My doctor said for someone who has been through it before it isnt odd to be feeling baby move about this time.

Sorry sweetie at 9 weeks you aren't going to feel the baby. Give it about 10 more weeks.

It's gas. The baby is WAY too tiny still to be able to feel movement.
