"Commercial" rabbits (which included show rabbits, but excluded pets) were allowed to travel into the UK from other EU countries without quarantine or rabies vaccination under the Balloi Directive, although paperwork and licensing requirements were stringent.
Unfortunately, as things stand at present, rabbits entering the UK from outside Europe still have to go into quarantine for six months.

I am not certain myself. I am certain they probably do, but I do know an organization that would know.

The ARBA is the organization over rabbit shows here in the United States. They deal with this kind of stuff all of the time and they probably even have a few members in the UK. I know there are a number of rabbit breeders that do business with the UK. They could give you an accurate, well informed, and correct answer.

you will be required to have a health certificate with the airlines for traveling. at which time when you contact your vet let them know where you are going and ask them for help on quarentine info etc. the other thing you can do is contact the consulate for the country you are traveling to and get the info directly from them. not sure what state you are in, but where I live here in Calif, we contact our state capital and they can also give info and give you the consulate contact info for the country you travel too. good luck
