Holland or otherwise known as the Netherlands. They speak Dutch which is a Germanic language. The first Dutch people settled now a days New York City. They were nicknamed "Knickerbockers".

LOL! I am only answering this question because you can't be serious - the answer is Holland. And people from there are considered Dutch. FYI they also speak Dutch. And since I can anticipate your next question. People from Mexico are Mexicans and speak Spanish not Mexican.

They are a Germanic people. Their language is supposed to be close enough to German, that if you're fluent in the latter, you can get a pretty good understanding of what they are saying.

The word "Dutch" in English is a corruption of the German "Deutsch", the word Germans call themselves.
