where can i find a cheap nextel phone without a service plan

Nextel doesn't, but Sprint does. Of course, Sprint requires a service plan.
Cheap nextel phone without a plan? Um.. auction sites basically. Unfortunately it's not GSM and you can't just use any unlocked phone with Nextel.

With nextel phones you can buy one from friends ,you can go to pawn shops and look there.Some nextel stores sometimes take phones back and sell them but you will have to ask if they have any used phones,i found out that most nextel dealers(dealers meaning not nextel company stores) have some used phones but again you have to ask.
Except for eBay and such on line.And no they don't have a razr.

No. But Other Phone Companies Such As T-Mobile, Cingular, Verizon Wireless, & Cellular One Do.

i know that sprint does, so nextel should b/c they are ran together.
