why dont study in india and why in america and wats the gaurantee of return?

It is entirely upto you to decide whether you want to study in India or in USA. If you want to study in USA, you need a visa

I'm not sure of the questions that you are asking. But, what do you mean by guarantee of return?
My husband is from India, now he's a US citizen. His family as well.
My mother in law goes back to India almost every year, most of our friends are Indians and their parents live in India 6 months then here in the summer.
