Last week I traveled in the time machine to the year of 3156, and this is what I found:
So the Earth is a little messed up. It is completely burned in some places and clearly iced in others. The population is not very large, only about a million,
As to the question, they look kind of strange. They have very large heads with unexceptionally big eyes and very small mouths. For some unknown to me reason, they have evolved to breathe through their ears.
They apparently had little to no physical activity as the machines did everything for them, so they were in fact quite weak. At least they looked quite weak. They were tall but extremely skinny, sort of like "emo rockers" these days.
They wore no clothing. I believe that there was a law stating that since clothing is unnecessary (they all lived around the equator, so the weather was indeed quite pleasant), there should be no need for labor involving clothes-making, like sweatshops.
Everybody lived in peace and sort of resembled hippies. They did have hair, as, I see, some people have mentioned they would not. Their hair was so nice and flowing, must've used Herbal Essences. Or Dove, I heard it is doing quite well at that time.
I wanted to stay but was forced to move by gremlins. But that's another story.

hairless for one, take a look at the progression from ape to man. We seem to be evolving to taller and taller people, basically because women like tall guys. Our physical ability will continue to decline so we will probably be rather weak in appearance. But honestly, I doubt we will ever evolve. I don't think we are going to make it as a species for many reasons of our own design but primarily because the virus' in the world evolve faster than we can. The outcome of this is that a couple of super diseases will take us out as a species.

i think we will slowly lose our hair completely off for most (depends on how far i guess). Also I think we will continually get taller, like shaq size won't be a big deal in the future. and our heads are going to get proportionally bigger. eventually everyone, because of lack of gene pool isolation, will all eventually become the same color (hair and skin) for the most part because they are such polygenic traits. eyes are going to have a bit less variation because less factors affect them (i.e. sun and the amt of genes). i would also think we are going to be starting puberty earlier and earlier (some girls as young as 7 start their periods now and some boys start at age 10). also we will live longer because of technological advancement, so we are probably going to experience some diseases that otherwise would not have been experienced. for that matter, i think we will see a lot more prostheses and people being able to grow their own liver back and such.
maybe it happen or maybe it won't. that's just my 2 cents.

Man has not by majority advanced beyond the monkey that much and aside for a few geniuses that carry the rest, the maturity of evolution in man is much slower than it appears .the future should let the majority catch up I hope . after all how many have even left the superstitious age behind or even actually understand Einstein after he has been dead for years? the future advances are here for the accepting.

It's hard to tell, since evolution has so many ways of manipulating the development of a species over a long period of time (it IS evolution). A major deciding factor is the climate of the world. If it would remain constant and as it is now, without becoming any worse, then we may have a chance of looking similar to what we appear as now. But if the climate of the earth changed, becoming far colder or far warmer, then our appearance and body structure may likely change after a long long period of time in order to adapt to our surrounding environment; that's what evolution is all about; changing to adapt to your surroundings...just not as quickly as one would prefer.

I think our bodies will get smaller and our heads will get bigger. I often wonder if the so called Grays, the little guys with the huge heads, are human beings from the future.

We will look like the terminator because in the future, nobody wants to die so we replace our old muscle tissues with titanium and our high tech computer chips.
