If you are planning on going to college for four years, getting a bachelors' degree and getting a real job having anything at all to do with physics, forget it.
In order to get a real job in physics, let alone astrophysics, four years of post high school education isn't going to do it. You will need a PhD, and a Masters degree at the very least. And yes, those will require math, and a lot of it.
If you can deal with the math part, then go for it. Otherwise I would suggest finding a similar major that you do like, such as a science degree of some sort, and declare a minor in physics. This will minimize the math requirements.

Depends on what you want to do. If you want to get a job in physics, you can do that with a BA or BS. If you want to be an astronomer, you'll probably need to get a Ph.D. - there really aren't jobs availible in astronomy for people without one. A BA or BS in physics/astrophysics requires AT LEAST up through Calc III; a Ph.D. will require higher level math as well. If you can't do the math, it will likely be one big frustration.

I am sure physics is not all math...If you love physics, you should pursue it. Once u finish those math classes, and you graduate, then you will get to work in a field that you really enjoy. When picking a career, always pick one in which you'll be happy to wake up to and feel a sense of job satisfaction when you're done!

Physics is a great start, but be sure to back it up with a great financial education. It won't do you any good to earn a good living if you have no concept of the real value of the money you are earning.

relies upon on what you prefer to do. in case you like stable pay and stable activity secure practices, no longer incredibly- maximum analyze physicists are not getting that stable a deal. mutually as they have exciting artwork with extremely stable activity circumstances (they might in actuality do what they like offered they get consequences), the pay is oftentimes extraordinarily destructive and the activity secure practices even worse- you may desire to maintain getting investment and promises. some artwork in businesses in analyze roles that are oftentimes greater safeguard, yet returned the pay isn't so stable. the main exception to that's scientific physics; scientific physicists in hospitals oftentimes get extremely stable pay and activity secure practices. additionally extremely some physics majors artwork in finance and firms, the place their skills are frequently extremely functional. of course, lots of them are in it for the activity nonetheless, and that i've got faith that a brilliant sort of the physicists I knew at college probably does not have been content cloth everywhere else. As for me, I majored in physics and did a project in scientific physics for my honours year. After that I utilized for med college extremely.
