I cant do push ups to hard i can do pull ups and other things i need to go down 15 pounds help please because i want to lift wieghts and im 14 wiegh 167.

You don't want to lift weights to loose weight. You have to run, play basketball/football. Cardio stuff like that. And drink lots of water. Like 2 gallons a day.

I lost 39 lbs, fairly quickly this way: First off, stop eating bread of any form (Buns white bread, pita, or other forms). Next drink diet sodas (any of them). When snacking eat an apple, pear, pinapple slices out of a can. any fruit. No potatoes either. Try salads and watch the dressing you use. Skip the late snack or meal, try cereal, like cheerios, bran flakes corn flakes. And stick to it you'll see the difference in a few days, trust me.

If you are very desperate to, get a trainer. But if you would rather do it yourself, dont exactly get on a diet, especially with Thanksgiving coming close!! Exercise daily,eat healthy foods,once in a while you can have a treat, but limit your portions, feel good about yourself, and if you hate to go to the gym, maybe go and hit the dance floor with some jazz,hip-hop,ballroom {Tango,Salsa}, or just some good energizing dance!!

your 14 years old? ok i am a fan of eat healthy diet walk more and eat small portions 5 times a day. drink lots of water and remain positive. if your 14 you should not go crazy on diets as it will affect your body in the future. you will get to your goal but be sensible. you have your body for the reat of your life.

lifting weights is deffinatlayy the wrong way to loose weight. try working out more corio. go for runs and juts start sweating. then juts stick to your meals try to cut out snaks. your body naturally looses weight and the pounds will go as long as u loose more than u take in. dont go starving but less you eat the more you will loose

Well, for your age, just don't eat as much, but still eat a healthy diet, bread water little meat. And make sure you work out as well. Stick to it every day for good results. =\

How I lost weight was to stay away from sugar and drank diet sodas instead of regular sodas.
