Be careful! depending on where you live they may be protected and you could be fined or arrested for messing with them. I used to live in a neighborhood in Florida and the peacocks would roam free and there were laws protecting them.

Good luck.
Leave a food trail for them to go into a small room in your barn.
Rig the door to shut once they are inside and throw a net, quilt, anything over them.
By the way, be ready to hear squeals of death and the world coming to an end. Peacocks are the worst.
Wear gloves if you value your hands.

Wait till it's dusk, when they go to roost on some low branches if they live outside. Then you'll be able to catch them without any struggle as they seem to fall into a sleep and they don't move even if they are handled.
This should work, Haven't personally tried it with peacocks but it works with chickens, geese, ducks and other poultry.

It would be near impossible, especially if they have been allowed to go "feral". Best if you ask the Breeder the best way to catch them, they may even come out and catch them for you if they want to buy them.

Put a mirror near them. They are so dumb they will become entranced by their own reflections and you could do anything to them.
Although it might be a good idea to ask the breeder. They should know.

Easiest way is place a bucket - gently, of course; or something else over their head; blanket, towel, whatever. And best time is when it's dark out.

it's so simple you just have to get some food that they are eating then, put the food to a big cage and after that ,you call them and when they are inside the cage then seal the cage's door and there you got them
