I do not think you will find a dept, store open but you can always find a 7-11

None that I know of....they are all at home praying for a virus to make them ill for the onslaught of shoppers for the day after sales.
The only places likely open would be grcery stores for a limited time and drug stores.

I dont know if it's what your looking for but I believe walmart is open.
